Jimmy Carter's latest book, Our Endangered Values: America's Moral Crisis, is being touted as a clarion call to restore America's ethical standards. However, it turns out to be yet another of his blathering excercises in which he castigates George W. Bush, the Republican Party, and the Religious Right -- all the while praising the enlightened public spirit demonstrated by the likes of his Religious Self.
