Tommorow is Moving Day for the Hartfords with today being a very busy prelude (buying a refrigerator, finishing packing, renting the truck, getting a bedroom set which was generously given by a friend, and taking the first load over to the new place where Mark is painting and Tom is putting up shelves and new doorknobs). But then, the last few weeks have been almost as busy, especially packing up 25 years of life and business, all the while trying to maintain the regular pace of Vital Signs Ministries. And, of course, I know moving is just the beginning of the work of "re-planting" ourselves in a new place. It all makes me think kindly of Julia Louise Woodruff, an early 20th Century writer, and her yearning lines:
"Out of the strain of the Doing,
Into the peace of the Done."
